Commercial usage rules, team seat allocation, and copyright terms for multi-teacher studios and schools.

By purchasing or renewing the Studio Enterprise Pass, you (the “Studio Director” or “Purchasing Organization”) agree to the following commercial licensing terms governing the use of all digital resources, visual guides, videos, and teaching tools provided by Stringosaurus.
1. Licensed Capacity & Seat Allocation
- Total Seat Allowance: The Studio Enterprise Pass grants full platform access for exactly one (1) Studio Director account and up to four (4) secondary Team Teacher accounts (5 total licensed seats).
- Authorized Users: Only active teaching faculty employed by or contracted to your studio or school department may be issued a Team Teacher account.
- Faculty Transitions: If a teacher leaves your organization during the active billing year, you may revoke their account and reassign their seat to a replacement faculty member.
2. Permitted Commercial Uses
- In-Studio & Screen Display: Licensed teachers may display, project, or utilize Stringosaurus resources on iPads, tablets, or screens during private and group lessons within your main studio or school facility.
- Multi-Location Provision: Recognizing that music educators often work across multiple settings, licensed teachers are permitted to use Stringosaurus resources for active teaching in personal home studios.
- Digital Student Distribution: As a digital-first platform, licensed teachers are encouraged to share resource files digitally with enrolled studio students (via email, private student portals, or tablet music stand apps). Printing is permitted solely when required for active studio lessons.
3. Copyright Protection & Prohibited Uses
- No External Distribution: Digital files, download links, or login credentials must not be shared, forwarded, or resold to unlicensed third-party teachers, external schools, or public online repositories.
- Branding Integrity: All printable sheets, graphics, and materials must retain original Stringosaurus branding, logos, and copyright notices. Modification or removal of branding is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property: Sound Therapeutics T/A Stringosaurus retains exclusive ownership and copyright over all educational frameworks, graphics, videos, and written materials.
4. Subscription Term & Expiration
- Annual Billing Cycle: The Studio Enterprise Pass is billed annually at $499.00 AUD (inclusive of GST).
- Access Expiration: Team Teacher access codes and secondary accounts are synchronized to the main Studio Pass cycle. If the annual pass is not renewed at the end of 12 months, all associated team accounts will expire automatically.
5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Australian GST: All checkout prices are inclusive of 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax. An official tax invoice detailing our ABN is issued automatically upon checkout.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the instant, downloadable digital nature of the platform resources, all sales are final. Stringosaurus does not provide refunds or prorated credits upon purchase completion.
